Easy Summer Sharing Board

Sometimes it’s an incredibly hot summer evening, you’re hungry, but not too hungry and if you fail to eat something you’ll be prone to find some ice cream later in the evening and call it dinner. No real recipe is required. Here’s a list of ingredients to gather and share on a large cutting board or platter:

  • Parmigiano- Reggiano

  • Buffalo milk Mozzarella

  • Tomatoes

  • Red peppers

  • Hummus (store-bought or homemade)

  • Olive oil with fresh rosemary & sea salt

  • Salad: chopped zucchini, jarred roasted red peppers, kalamata olives & drizzle olive oil

  • Fresh parsley & basil

  • Crunchy bread or crackers
