What People Are Saying
Our daughter has enjoyed enormously the cooking course this week creating a wide range of sweet and savoury dishes, some of which she intends to make again at home. Its a lovely and educational way to end the school year spending time with her friends cooking delicious dishes. Please do keep us in mind if you are running other courses for children over school holidays…

Lindsey Roberts, the adventurer, has a new, delightful project:
Eat What is Good comes to you online and instructs you every step of the way in producing a delicious, themed meal. Lindsey provides you with a complete shopping list – including dietary substitutions you might need – a menu (with beverage suggestions, recipes, and a timeline from set-up to finishing dessert. Equipment and foods are illustrated.
Lindsey’s teaching is careful and thorough, and her methods teach you confidence. You are completely supported and even have time for questions. I felt so competent after all I had learned about prep and process, I couldn’t go wrong. And, indeed, I loved my beautiful, nutritious meal ready to share.

Thanks so much for teaching the girls to cook this week - they both had a great time. In response to the eternal question of "did you enjoy this camp, and would you like to do it again?" I'm often rewarded with a "meh" for my time and effort. For your cooking course, however, it was an enthusiastic "yes" from both.
More importantly, though, I'm grateful to you for helping the girls explore food, the concept of taste combinations, and the physical act of preparing food. Daughter 1, particularly enjoyed palate exploration through sandwiches, and the concept that everyone has different tastes. "You can really be yourself there," she told me. Daughter 2, also enjoyed experimenting with food, but her favourite part was making the cakes because "the cake was good, and it was fun".
