Breakfast Chili & Mint Feta

This barely constitutes as a recipe, but it makes a wonderful addition to a breakfast or brunch table and pairs so well with eggs, toast, grilled veggies and more.

1 block feta

1/2 teaspoon dried mint

1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

drizzle olive oil

Method:

  1. Slice the feta into cubes and arrange nicely on a salad plate.

  2. Evenly sprinkle the dried mint and red chili flakes over the top and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

  3. Serve alongside eggs, toast and roasted veggies. Enjoy.
