Superfood Breakfast Smoothie
This is one of our favorite go-to quick breakfasts and is especially appreciated after a morning run or gym visit.
2 small ripe bananas (or 1 large)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 Tablespoon raw cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon cold pressed coconut oil
1 Tablespoon hemp protein
1 Tablespoon raw sunflour seeds
1 teaspoon psyllium husk powder
1 cup oat millk (or preferred milk)
handful spinach or green of choice (or chunk of frozen spinach)
Method
Using a high speed blender or hand-held immersion (also known as stick) blender, blend until smooth and desired consistancy. Enjoy right away.
