Sauteed Cauliflower Greens

On a whim I tried this and ended up loving it far more than the cauliflower florets! This make a perfect side dish to accompany any protein.

1 head cauliflower, greens trimmed

2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil

Maldon sea salt to taste

Method:

  1. Slice the trimmed greens into even-sized pieces.

  2. Pre-heat a cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and greens and saute until slightly browned and season with sea salt to taste.
