Warm Oat Groats with Summer Fruits

 Wholegrain oat groats are a great way to get fiber and paired without sugar and some lovely diced fruits makes this a delicious breakfast. We used our pressure cooker to prepare this, but an Instant Pot or Crock Pot will work just as well. 

2 cups oats

2 cups (500ml) water

Method

Place the oat groats and water into the InstaPot or pressure cooker.

Cook at high pressure for 18 minutes, and open when safe to do so.

Top with your favorite fruits.
