Caraway Carrots
Truth be told, I’m not a big fan of cooked carrots. These however changed my mind and I think they just might change yours too. I love using a crinkle cut knife for this, but that is purely for aesthetics.
1 bunch carrots, peel and cut into 1/4” dice
1 Tablespoon salted butter
1 Tablespoon caraway seeds
Method:
Steam the carrots until fork tender, approximately 7-10 minutes. The carrots will continue to cook once you remove from heat, so cook just slightly under where you’d like them.
Toss the carrots with salted butter and caraway seeds. Enjoy.
