Caraway Carrots

Truth be told, I’m not a big fan of cooked carrots. These however changed my mind and I think they just might change yours too. I love using a crinkle cut knife for this, but that is purely for aesthetics.

1 bunch carrots, peel and cut into 1/4” dice

1 Tablespoon salted butter

1 Tablespoon caraway seeds

Method:

  1. Steam the carrots until fork tender, approximately 7-10 minutes. The carrots will continue to cook once you remove from heat, so cook just slightly under where you’d like them.

  2. Toss the carrots with salted butter and caraway seeds. Enjoy.
