Chili Crisp Oil

This is the condiment you didn’t know you needed. It’s delicious drizzled on oven fries, salads (with a squeeze of lemon), roasted vegetables and more. It keeps for a few days in the fridge.

1 Tablespoon dried minced onion

1 Tablespoon Aleppo Chilies (or red pepper flakes)

1 teaspoon Maldon sea salt

2-3 Green onions, finely minced

1/2 cup Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil

Method:

  1. Combine in a small mixing bowl and use right away. Store extra in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
