Garlic Yogurt
We love this garlic yogurt on so many things from falafel, to boiled potatoes, to French fries. I’m sure you’ll find something to dip into it!
2 cups plain yogurt (Greek works too)
1 Tablespoon chives (save a few for the top)
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 Tablespoon dill
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon sea salt
Method:
Finely chop all the herbs and stir into the yogurt.
Mince a garlic and add to the yogurt, along with the sea salt. Stir and use as a condiment.
