Jalapeno Padron Goat’s Cheese

SpicyGoatCheese

I was making burgers the other day and came across some pickled jalapenos, which I knew would be amazing mixed with some Goat’s cheese for a restaurant quality burger. These did not disappoint. So simple to mix up and give your burger a little something extra special.

1 log soft Goat’s cheese

1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, drained

2 Padron chilies

1 Tablespoon cilantro

splash Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Method:

  1. Place the goat’s cheese in a small bowl and stir to soften and break up a bit.

  2. Roughly chop the drained jalapenos and add to the bowl.

  3. Thinly slice the Padron chilies and add to the bowl.

  4. Finely dice the cilantro and add to the bowl.

  5. Stir until combined with a splash of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, if you like. As soon as your burgers are finished cooking, place in a bun and top with a spoonful of the cheese mixture. Add remaining toppings and enjoy.
