Easy Summer Sharing Board
Sometimes it’s an incredibly hot summer evening, you’re hungry, but not too hungry and if you fail to eat something you’ll be prone to find some ice cream later in the evening and call it dinner. No real recipe is required. Here’s a list of ingredients to gather and share on a large cutting board or platter:
Parmigiano- Reggiano
Buffalo milk Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Red peppers
Hummus (store-bought or homemade)
Olive oil with fresh rosemary & sea salt
Salad: chopped zucchini, jarred roasted red peppers, kalamata olives & drizzle olive oil
Fresh parsley & basil
Crunchy bread or crackers
